Coming up with an appropriate title is one issues that some companies come across. Since starting, i have never had a fully established title. It something that is always on my mind and something that i have a hard time figuring out. The reason is because i do multiple "roles" where i can be doing IT work, ordering/cleaning/running counts on data, working with the creative team and our process, customer support for our sister company Market By Hand, or building web sites. How do i pick a title to fully describe what i do?
The process isn't clearly stated on how to come up with a proper title for yourself when you do multiple "roles" at a company. So for now i will be known as "Add it to my To-Do List, please" till i can figure out a fully developed title.
